Shipping Policy

We offer complimentary shipping on all US orders, ensuring your wigs are delivered safely and promptly.

Free local pickup is also available in Monroe, NY. To use this option, select “Local Pickup” at checkout, and you will be notified when your order is ready for pickup.

Returns Policy

We accept returns on unworn, unstyled, and uncut wigs within 5 business days from the receipt date. All items and packaging must be returned in perfect condition.

A $10 repacking fee applies to all returns. If you would like a return label, we can provide one for an additional $10 fee, which will be deducted from your refund.

Please note that custom orders are shipped within 7-14 days and are not eligible for returns.
